Genie: much more than a scoring display — it runs your whole venue.
Most scoring systems just put pin graphics on a screen. Genie also handles your reservations, your waiting list, your bar and restaurant orders, your tournaments and your operational reports — all from a single touchscreen interface.

What Genie actually does every day
Think about a busy Friday evening: reservations rolling in, a queue building up, bar orders to pass to the kitchen and a dozen lanes to keep an eye on. Genie handles all of that from one screen.
Games
Open play, rates, themes
Set up a game in seconds: player count, flat rate or hourly, cosmic bowling or classic. Overhead screen animations follow automatically.
Bookings
Lane and time slot reservations
Bookings appear on a shared calendar the whole team can see. Spot what's taken, what's free, and adjust when a group cancels.
Queue
Busy nights without the chaos
When you're fully booked, Genie holds the waiting list. As soon as a lane frees up, the next group is called automatically.
Bar & kitchen
Orders linked to lanes
Guests order from their lane (or staff do it for them). The ticket goes straight to the kitchen, order tracking is in Genie, and the bill consolidates everything.
Reports
Day, week, month — ready to use
Revenue per lane, occupancy rates, games played, bar takings: the numbers come out clean and ready, no external spreadsheet required.

Group memories
Photos are captured during games and displayed on the lane screens. A simple extra that goes down well with groups and birthday parties.
Offline
Standalone mode
If the network goes down, each lane keeps running on its own. When the connection comes back, everything syncs automatically.
